The Leadership Susquehanna
Valley Program Days
Our active learning program begins with a one and a half
day retreat, followed by eight monthly, day-long sessions
including numerous field trips, group projects and other
practical experiences. The Program is friendly,
interactive, and intense: participants are expected to
attend each of the Program Days and to contribute consistently to the
work of the group.

Orientation - A half day meeting where new class
members will meet each other, meet some of the LSV Board
of Directors and learn what they may expect from the
Program. Each class member has their photo taken for
use in a class directory and class binders are
distributed.
Retreat - During
the LSV Class Retreat, held in September, the class immerses itself in team
building, leadership and problem solving and examine the institutions and
organizations that make their communities tick.
In
day-long sessions from October to May, the group
develops knowledge and informed points of view on key
elements in their communities.
