History
In 1993, representatives from several organizations within
Snyder, Union, & Northumberland counties came
together to forge a regional leadership program that would
serve the needs of Central Pennsylvania’s rural
communities, boroughs, and cities. This program is
designed to highlight the uniqueness of the Valley
communities and to prepare current and future leaders to
serve on the non and not for profit boards & committees.
