Sunbury – located at the confluence of the Main and West branches of the Susquehanna River – is the region’s largest city, with approximately 9,944 residents. Other major towns and boroughs along the Susquehanna include Lewisburg (pop. 5,578), Selinsgrove (pop. 5,343), Danville (pop. 4,574), and Mifflinburg (pop. 3,568).
