Dave Hall
Responsible for working with the Chamber's Board of Directors, Committee Chairpersons and Chamber affiliates in coordinating the implementation of the strategic plan of the Chamber, and the day-to-day activities of the Chamber.  Dave also serves as Executive Director of the Susquehanna Industrial Development Corp., (SIDCO), and Leadership Susquehanna Valley, (LSV). He joined the Chamber in April 2007.

Dave was previously the President and CEO of the Chenango County Chamber in central New York as well as the Executive Director of three economic development agencies. Prior to that he was the Executive Director of the Peabody, MA Chamber of Commerce for five years and an officer of the New England Chamber of Commerce Executives.

Dawn E. Raszcewski
Dawn aids SIDCO by advocating, promoting and stimulating economic growth within Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union county. She works closely with SIDCO and its sister agency, Sunbury New Enterprises Expansion Drive (SNEED), to attract new economic development and to assist existing businesses.

She is willing to help your business with any type of economic need, so do not hesitate to contact her; you never know what information she could provide you with. It may just be the extra drive your business needed.
