Charlie Ross aids SIDCO by advocating, promoting and stimulating economic growth within Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties. He works closely with SIDCO and its sister agency, Sunbury New Enterprises Expansion Drive (SNEED), to attract new economic development and to assist existing businesses. He can assist with grants and loans, including funding for expansion and machinery and equipment.

Steve Bilger

Steve Bilger has a lot of experience that aids him in his role of chair of SIDCO. He is a certified financial planner and owner of Bilger Financial Services. For 30 years, Steve was employed with Swineford National Bank and served in numerous capacities culminating in Executive Vice President and as a member of the bank’s Board of Directors. In 1999, he founded Bilger Financial Services, a company that provides financial planning, investment products and insurance products. From 2000 through 2007 Mr. Bilger was elected and served as chairman of the Snyder County Board of Commissioners. During his term of service, he helped complete modernization of the 911 center, including rural addressing. He also helped establish the county’s CareerLink office.
