Charlie Ross

Charlie Ross aids SIDCO by advocating, promoting and stimulating economic growth within Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties. He works closely with SIDCO and its sister agency, Sunbury New Enterprises Expansion Drive (SNEED), to attract new economic development and to assist existing businesses. He can assist with grants and loans, including funding for expansion and machinery and equipment. cross@gsvcc.org

Don Stringfellow

Don Stringfellow serves as the chair of the SIDCO Board of Directors. He is the regional community relations director for PPL Electric Utilities, serving Lycoming, Clinton, Snyder and Union counties. In his economic development experience, Don has helped attract major companies to the region and complete area industrial parks and is an IEDC certified economic developer (CEcD).
